My husband has Parkinson's and, as regular slacks are too difficult to do up and undo for him, we had to find something that looked good, but could be pulled on and off - no zippers or buttons. I first saw Kyodan's joggers in a retail store two years ago and bought both pairs that they had. I also purchased another three pairs over the next two years whenever I saw them and, with these new ones, he now has seven pairs. It's all he wears now. For someone who requires help with everything, they make dressing so much easier and they look really really good. Size wise, he is very slender and the medium is a perfect fit.
