Material got thin and sizing is not consistent with other shirts

I have a couple of Ultra-Soft Collection tanks. X-small fit me well on those I love the soft material. I thought this V-neck T-shirt would be the same and just different design. But no! The material became very thin and X-small is still too big for a petite figure. I am returning.

Okay top

This top is okay, but it clings to other clothing. For the price its okay.
